Cancellations and Refund Policy

The following policies will be implemented:

• Cancellations within two (2) weeks of the training can be refunded less a $5.00 processing fee per person, or a credit retained on account for up to six (6) months.
• Attendance can be rescheduled for another session if notification is given within (5) business days before the original scheduled date.
• No refunds will be given for non-attendance at the scheduled session.
